Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States, and shipping is free on every order. Here's what to expect from the moment you check out.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. We aim to pack and hand off your order to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day. You'll get an email when your order is on its way.

Shipping methods and times

Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery estimates below are after processing and are not guaranteed, since carrier timing can vary.

During busy periods or severe weather, delivery may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience if that happens.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. It can take 24–48 hours for tracking to show movement after the label is created. If you haven't received tracking within a few business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then email us at support@foreststep.com.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to change an address once an order has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment; additional shipping may apply.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If tracking shows your order delivered but you can't find it, check with household members and neighbors and look around your property, then contact us. If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email support@foreststep.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
