Insoles only help if you actually wear them, so we want you to put ours to a real test. Walk in them, stand in them, wear them through your normal week. If they're not right for you within 60 nights of delivery, contact us for a full refund of the product price — even if you've trimmed and worn them.
In many cases we won't need the worn insoles back — we'll let you know in our reply. If a return is requested, you'll ship them to the address we provide.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process it after approval, and an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post it to your statement. Timing on your statement is set by your bank, not by us.
Cut a pair too short or want a different bundle? Reach out and we'll help. If you received the wrong item, or an item arrived damaged or defective, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping.
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can usually only make changes before the order ships. If it has already shipped, you can use the 60-night guarantee once it arrives.
